Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall.
