I was gaslit today by the managing partner of my group about my low hours even though one cry meeting for months there has been discussion about the slow down in work. They basically set up a pretext for firing me making it seem like it’s all my fault for not getting work even though every time I reach out they don’t have work and I’m not getting staffed on deals.
