I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

It's definitely new, and it's pretty bad. The past year or so has really changed the job searching game. I used to be able to find a job within a couple of weeks or maybe a month or two, and after two or three interviews. Now it's taking 4+ months and 5+ interviews for each job, only to find out that the job isn't available anymore, or just get completely ghosted by the employer. It's wild out there!
I've wondered myself whether the utterly broken hiring system now is tied to it being an employer's market. I think that may be part of it. But I mostly think it's just part of the dysfunction of business in the present era. It's as if no one wants to make a decision and stand behind it, so the responsibility for a decision is spread out to a number of people and repeatedly kicked down the road.

It is all supply and demand. If your industry has shortage of workers then you have more of a workers’ market. If there is more workers and not enough jobs for them, then its an employers’ market. To beat it you need to either start your on business and employ others (but need a market to sell to) or leverage the shortage of workers in the industry for more pay or better opportunities.
Thats what I observed. I hope it helps

Thanks for the tips. Yea its kind of crazy to me, I remember job searching in 2014 and it didn't seem nearly as tedious as now.
