I was interviewing over Zoom with a potential new client who has a tech startup he's working on. So, the camera turns on, and there's the guy I'm interviewing with, sitting there, topless. He conducted the entire interview with his hairy man chest on full display, like it was the most normal thing on the planet. Am I overreacting? Is his being shirtless totally acceptable or am I right, a shirt is the minimum requirement for an interview?
