I was laid off in May as a Senior HRBP. This is the first time in my career it has happened. I have gone on a few interviews over the past few months but continue to get passed over after making it into the middle to last round interviews. I'm getting so discouraged as I've tried applying for so many roles even outside my normal industry experience. I have even tweaked my resume several times.
