Can a law firm in CA rescind an offer if background check reveals an omitted employment history? Worked at a firm for 2-3 months back in 2019 that wasn’t a good fit. Agency recruitment managers! How do y’all set goals for your department? Do you focus on outreach goals, applicant goals, purely hiring goals no matter the outreach numbers, conversion rates, etc? Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.
