I was offered a role as a Booking Agent for the local State Fair at $15 an hour, which seems a little low to me if I'm being honest. I know I don't have a lot of experience, so I see this as an entry-level role but I still feel like I should be earning more. Does anyone know how much I should ask for when I counter?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
