I gave interview in Amazon and cleared all the rounds , then went on hold and still on hold due to hiring freeze in that departement. HR does respond and update me when reached out.
Interesting thing which happened here is iam cracking each every product based interviews now after my tough preparation for Amazon and getting higher packages than what Amazon would give. So whatever happens , happens for good. Cheers Amazon

Gonna write more here. DOD (District Office Director). My colleagues have expressed their disagreements with the DOD's management. If I was gonna fail 100 times, I might as well do it with the collaboration, and coordination of my colleagues support rather than the DOD so then I could learn and adjust better- but I was not allowed to seek guidance from them despite being the equivalent to a junior associate. I was only showing up 3 times a week, and on my review paper, they lied about how I "expressed confusion" over staying late to watch the passing of a bill. Despite an email going out saying that I didn't have to stay to watch its passage, I wasn't "confused", I was displaying my ability to work beyond 9-5 to show dedication as one would- I still wasn't allowed as they were picky about approving me for overtime. Typically, supervisors and managers would say " We don't have to stay", but our willingness to go beyond should be rewarded, not criticized. Even though I was initially informed that the only one with the power to terminate me would be the state rep, clearly the DOD pulled some strings.
Already the DOD was insulting, and rude. We had a constituent come in for their rent rebate, and expressed disappointment when one of my colleagues would not be the one filling out the application. Instead of accommodating the constituent, the DOD goes "Why are you not looking me in the eyes?". It was so rude. If I was the one handling that, I would have asked if they were hoping to get it filled by my colleague. Had they have said yes, I would not be frustrated, I would have checked in to see how long it would take till my colleague got back from break. If there was a brief waiting period, I would offer them the better option of having a seat on the couch that was at the office vs the wooden chairs used in the conference room. The constituent apologized to me for seeing that and has expressed that the DOD makes them uncomfortable.
My colleagues have told me that I'm much better off doing something that is more beneficial for my long-term goals vs making 4 posts a day. Which is completely unnecessary as it was a state rep SM account. Not the Presidents SM accounts.
Anyone recommend a good bank job, lol?
Btw, to the agist DOD who has said "I've seen interns do better than you" when I f-ed up with a caption. I've seen children act kinder to elders than you.
There are always two sides to a story. If they wrote their perspective, you can also write up your thoughts on it. Talk to HR.
