Google recruiter said that an L6 people manager role in gTech/gCare pays $200k base, $60k/yr equity, $40k/yr (20%) bonus in San Francisco / Mountain View. Does this seem low? Sounds more on par with an L5 program manager as per another thread in this bowl. Does gTech/gCare pay less than other parts of Google?

If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2.
