I went through phone screen and then interview loop - 5 1:1s for a Senior Manager L6 role in supply chain. The recruiter called and told me that I have not been selected but with no clear feedback. Also, I cannot interview for another Senior Manager role for 12 months but I can for roles L5 and below. I already have MBA and 16+ years experience. Recruiter said happy to connect and help through for other L5 roles. Please help what would have happened. Trying to learn what could be improved.

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
