I work at a startup. I don't feel like joining standups in the morning. I don't enjoy my work. My colleagues are super-driven, I'm not. I take leaves just for some peace. I feel really anxious. Should I talk about this with my lead?

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!
