Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have an offer from Atos and Hcl and Lti . Highest package is LTI with 19 lpa , YOE 10 years sap basis . I am trying to negotiate with atos for 22 lpa but it seems they are reluctant to agree and they said max they can offer is 19 lpa. What do you guys think, will atos provide 22 lpa. ? @Atos HCL Technologies Larsen & Toubro Infotech

I think what you're proposing is absolutely fair - especially since you've got plenty of evidence to support your cause. If they're not willing to meet you there, I'd honestly look elsewhere. You are definitely being underpaid.
Agreed! Seems very low.
and the newer job postings for my position have almost double the responsibilities (which I have already been doing). This is my first job specifically focused with my econ degree, but they are expanding our roles to include sales, marketing, and consulting, which I have a good 5 YOE in. I have also taken certification classes since starting and continue to do so, which will make me way more competitive if I were to start a job search.
On top of that, a chunk of our small team recently left so we've had to take up for a sh*t ton of responsibilities--which I've used as an opportunity to stand out and have been successful in doing so thus far.
Basically, it's a good company, I've been killing it, but it's also been killing me a bit...I have realized how qualified I am since starting. The senior position pays $130k+ (used to require 10 YOE, now only requires 5....). Would it be completely out of pocket to put $98k on the table with no additional equity, but willing to come down with additional shares?
Thank you everyone! Definitely feeling more confident about this now!
Are you saying you are aiming for the senior position now, or just keeping it in mind for the future? Can you apply?
Economist 2 is right before Sr Economist1; I'm hoping that I can get promoted in February to Econ 2 to help justify the big jump; the only difference between what I've accomplished now and the technical additional responsibilities is more client facing interaction. Unfortunately I can't apply outright
