I work at one of the big firms serving corporate clients in my day-to-day but have been getting my feet wet freelancing on the side. The clients are all short filmmakers local to the nyc area, so I don’t have a ton of experience or relationships here.

My question is - how should I go about setting my rates knowing that I’m nervous about getting the actual results? I can write/support any materials they need but when it comes to the outreach I’m learning alongside them.

Does anybody know what would Big4 audit manager average salary in Southern California? I'm experienced audit manager from mid-tier firm, and considering moving to big4. Due to the recent salary increases in PA, I'm not sure how much I should expect. Appreciate in advance!!
