Good sign. Typically more people want to meet you before they decide. Pet peeve when I’m on second interview rounds (from the interviewer side) the “as I said in my first interview”

Everywhere I have worked has been a minimum of 2, if not 3 or 4 interviews, depending on the size of the firm.
I had four interviews before I got offered my current position at a florida firm.
