If a job has a salary range from $110k-$150k, what are you asking for and why? What happens when you justify yourself for $150k but then you get the middle or short end at the offer?

- End meeting
- Get a DM to meet with manager the same week
- Get told that your title was “a mistake” and that you would keep the salary and but not the title. Due to a communication with upper leadership.
- 2 months later your title updates in Messaging channels and with HR with the leveled up title.
