I got an interview for Contract - Audit Manager (Remote) role for EY. Are the interviews done remotely or does EY require interviewees to come into the office for interviews?
Just trying to manage my plan as I am currently traveling and the interview came up as an unexpected opportunity.
Thank you!
This is just GOLD.

I wish I would have said yes to international role

That’s such a big one. International roles can feel scary in the moment, but they usually come with so much growth and perspective!
Some govt job with a full pension would have been smart.
All I know is they retired at 55 with full pension and govt medical and I’m jealous! More than one friend. Doing great, no worries about retirement $, traveling everywhere…
I wish I would have found mentors earlier in my career and not limited mentors to people in my exact field. I was always so concerned about imposing on someone’s time. Now that I am a mentor, these are among the professional relationships I value most. Mentoring is incredible rewarding and has helped me develop, too.

I love this. It’s so relatable to worry about imposing on someone’s time, especially early in your career! Funny how it changes once you’re on the other side and see how meaningful those relationships really are.
started off in big4 rather than just a big company like my father instructed me (he is in sales lol)

I would have went to New York like I wanted and then go into the administrative path if the music didn’t take off.
