Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

There’s no such thing as a head hunter to works for the candidate. They are compensated by the company and therefore work for the company.
I have always been wary of hiring a head hunter. I would imagine if you are paying them you should be able to tell them whatever you need to to get the help you need. But I'd want to see some serious success stories or guarantees.
while they get paid by the company, they only get paid if you get placed - so if they’re presenting you to a company, they will help craft your story.
that being, you should never talk about leaving a job. sure - you can talk about wanting to learn X,Y,Z but you always want to be moving towards something, not away from.
Are you to be open about your situation (don’t like your current job, not an expert on xyz, etc) and they help craft a positive spin for search and interviewing process OR do you need to treat them as if they are the hiring company and go in buttoned up with polish on your story?
