If you were a copywriter looking for a full time job in Chicago, what would you do?

Referrals are, for many, our bread and butter. Some attorneys often encourage clients and prospective with positive relationships to leave reviews on platforms like Avvo and Justia. Others avoid this like the plague due to the implications and risk of receiving, and more so responding to, bad reviews.

We know against the rules to incentivize through compensation referrals from your clients; however, what do you do or where do you limit incentivizing clients to make referrals, if at all?

Does anybody have a form that they love to document different ways you support your teachers? I want to take better notes on what I do with each of my teachers but I haven’t found a system I love yet

My home district is considering grading for quarter 4. Is anyone else following this path? I am concerned how can a district grade when they do not support live teaching and the inequity of tech.?

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

I already have an offer of 19LPA(16 fixed + pf + 2.4 variable + 2 JB).
