Texas CPAs.....Question.... I am submitting my application for my license. Do I really need to take another 4 hour ethics course or does the 4 hour credit course I took in undergrad count??

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

When taking an exam for the cpa, is it done on a computer with a keyboard with a numpad and you do all your calculations on an onscreen calculator? Or is it done pencil and paper? Trying to decide on a new personal laptop and wondering if I should get one with a numpad to get used to punching in numbers or just a small one without it.

Why should a 2nd year get their Senior for Xmas?

So one of my managers sent a meeting invite to just me(staff) and two other seniors saying catch up to discuss the engagement...should I brace myself for something bad?

One EY Recruiter told me that the bonuses for senior are between 10 to 20 percent and last years avg was 17%. Can someone confirm? These numbers seems very high for PA.
