I’m 4 weeks in to a new job and first 3 weeks were great but this week I feel like I’m having set backs. I got feedback to slow down, clear communication and I think they’re happy that I’m here but I feel like they’re breathing down my neck now.

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. It seems rude when she says it, and she follows it up with “I say that because I love you” which i feel is so unprofessional all around. Anyone have guidance on how to handle this?
