I’m a FA with 17 years of experience. I’ve been interviewing for months now and be given great feedback on interviews, but not been able to land any of the most desired opportunities where I’d be a good fit. I’m looking to be a relationship manager, join a private bank, or even join the fintech world providing saas to RIA/FA’s. What advice do you have to be able to stand out in a competitive industry and or break grounds into a new path if I go in that direction?

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

I know someone earings 50 lakhs per annum with 5 years of experience in .net full stack technology. Is it possible this much growth in 5 years.

Can my spouse change her job while green card application is pending. I'm the primary applicant and both my I140 and I485 are pending.
