How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

Anyone feel fine but their brains just won’t turn on? I sit at work staring at my computer sometimes completely unable to function for no apparent reason. This started around the end of my first trimester/beginning of second. Just me???

M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
