Is there any etiquette for asking someone to be your counselor?

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. I’ve been super stressed about it and don’t know how to move on to May with the proper mindset to make up for as much time missed as possible. CA courts are still closed, and I’m worried I won’t be able to exceed (or even meet) my May goal after April.

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?

I got an offer in Singapore for 4k SGD per month. I have 3.4 years of experience in IT Audit and also did masters in specialization with Information Security and hold two certs. I currently earn approx 12 L per annum ( fixed + bonus) in India. Do you think it's a good offer. Also my expectations were 6k SGD or more per month.
