I'm a Senior Auditor, but have only 2 years with this company, and they just gave me bad feedback in my performance review. My manager wants me to figure out everything on my own. When I ask questions, they act like I'm stupid. We have a "just get it done" attitude here, so I don't hear anything for months, then the reviews are awful. I'm not on a performance plan... yet. Can I turn this around, or should I look for another job?

Start looking. You might be able to survive depending on if you get a different manager and adapt but I'd venture to guess the treatment you faced is the norm

It’s poor leadership on their end. The way to look at it is come to your managers with steps you’ve tried to solve the issue that way they can see your tried different options before coming to them. If that doesn’t work then there is an issue…
