I’m a senior creative in-house at a tech company. The pay and hours are great, but the work itself isn’t all that exciting. I’ve been able to add a couple of book pieces but nothing that I’m really that proud of. I worry that this could come back to bite me. Is it worth sticking it out for stability or should I jump back into the wild agency side world to be more creative?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. You’ve had a 360-campaign brief for about a week that’s essentially a brand refresh. The expectation in the first-round creative review is scripts and adlobs for each concept. How many concepts to you come back with?

The particular job I’m looking at has this on the listing and I’m curious as to what their budget actually is. Do I assume a range?

They’re seeking someone with 5-8 years experience. I have the latter (8 almost 9)

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve
