I'm a tech professional with 3 years of experience. I recently applied for a new job and noticed a discrepancy on my job portal profile. I completed my B.Tech in five years (2014-2019) but listed it as four (2015-2019). My graduation letter only mentions 2019.Given recruiters are on this platform, I'm wondering how deeply companies scrutinize educational backgrounds during profile verification. Do they usually cross-check details with universities? Any advice on if this minor discrepancy?

Fully regret completing my MBA at a non target even tho I got into some M7s, mainly for ego reasons.
