I dont think so. Just make sure you actually have something material you've taken away from each job, and a good story for each move and no one would really doubt you otherwise.
I agree with A1.
This is the world we live in. They could bring back pensions and lock people down for a career, but they don't. They could offer bigger raises to current talent, but they don't. Your replacement will probably get more than 4% more than you were getting. You are just working their system.
That being said, it would be good to then be able to show multiple years at one company to show you do not only job hop.
