I'm about to join NTT Data, but the offer letter states it's a contract job, and an employment end date is also mentioned. The HR said that it's an NSE project and they never make employees permanent. They assured me that contracts will be renewed, so there's no need to worry. Can someone please suggest. Also someone available from the same NSE project?
