I’m an FNP in primary who is ACLS certified. I’m due for renewal but am wondering if there is really any benefit if I’ll never work inpatient. I’m thinking about renewing as BLS only which would be easier and quicker for several reasons. Any perspective on pros and cons of either?

Has anyone had any side effects from Ovidrel? I did my shot on Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday I was SO tired and fatigued and it was impossible to focus. Did my IUI on Friday and I’ve been SO crampy and in pain and I’m soooo cranky and irritable and I can’t figure out if it’s from the injection still or what

I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. I had my first IVF transfer yesterday and for the 3 days leading up to the transfer I was having very painful cramps (normal for me) and the cramps have continued post transfer. They only last ~15 minutes after taking Tylenol but they are intense. I’m worried the cramps will interfere with implantation. Does anyone have experience with this? I told my doctor and she didn’t offer much advice other than staying hydrated and following the protocol.
