I’m at an exciting stage with offers from Tiger Analytics (20 LPA, WFO, great culture), Sigmoid analytics (22-23 LPA, hybrid), and waiting on Persistent likely the highest offer, after nailing a live coding Azure project interview. Celebal (25 LPA) hasn’t sent an offer yet, and Phdata (22-23 LPA) has one round left. EY, PwC, and Tech Mahindra are also in the final stages. While money matters, I value culture and growth. Torn between Persistent’s project and Tiger’s culture. Advice welcome!

Have competing offers from EY and KPMG UK Economic advisory teams( Manager/Snr Exec level). KPMG's UK technical rep and comp offer is better, but the hours appear longer. EY UK Director has had several calls selling culture (diversity and work life balance). Is there actually a substantive emphasis on this by EY? Or are 50+ hour weeks quite common?

I suspect it's going to be quite team dependent/ project dependent, and therefore a gamble in any case.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

I just got an offer from Morgan Stanley. The offer is indeed handsome and provides other benefits as well. The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.

Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
