I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like too small a firm to have such a high profile title… maybe not the same as a CFO role in a larger company?
just my $0.02
It’s a family office that has a foundation which I believe is a separate entity. This role reports to the CEO who is also a family member on the board of directors for the foundation. Long and short, this role basically oversee all of the family’s commercial real estate, driving value, overseeing relationships with lenders, equity partners etc. The title is CFO/Asset Manager (title doesn’t really matter) it’s more so the concept of being employed by a small entity that is maybe 10-15 people. There’s plenty of businesses out there with 10-15 people where people are employed for many years which, more often then not can be a more lucrative situation as your contributions are more high impact. I personally would never put myself in that situation as an at-will employee. Just looking for guidance from someone who has successfully negotiated a contract as I would want to protect myself
