So my fiancé and I are having a microwedding in Rocky Mountain National Park next year, and we’re working with an elopement planner.
She sent over a sample ceremony (intro, sweet poems + passages to be read, and example vows), and we read through it last night. I was reading it out loud while my fiancé made dinner, and it just hit me that this is really happening. CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?
