Hi fellow designers, I was offered a UX designer role at Egencia in Paris, but it’s been 2 months since they made the offer by phone and I haven’t received the contract. I was told they were switching internal processes, then they were waiting for approval from upper management to make these offers official, and now the HR is working on it after getting the green light. Is it normal for this part of the hiring process to take so long? Or should I be worried?

Amazon Hi all, so I'm interviewing for Associate Cloud App Dev, A2C ProServe. I was wondering if anyone could provide insight on what the process is like? The recruiter said 80% behavioral and 20% technical. So, will they be testing cloud knowledge?
My background is mostly MERN focused on React/Node.js. I'm open to learning, but am I super out of my depth?
Hi,
I recently had my second interview which was all about behavioral questions.
I prepared different scenarios in a brainstorming session and packed them into little stories, situations with customers, peers, co workers and bosses in the past about 7-8 star answers. But often 1 prepared situation can be used for different questions.
I could use 2 of my prepared ones during the interview. 1 question was about incomplete projects...but I have never been in this situation, but I told the recruiter what I would do if I were in the situation instead of just saying "no hasn't happen to me..." I think it's important to be honest and try to be yourself".
Not knowing for which job you are interviewing, but google some relevant questions for the specific role you are applying for. That helped me. Write them down play them ...not too long just one paragraph 2-3 min answer is good.
Hope that helps.
