I’m called on to have different paid media ideas that always end up shut down when the acquisition cost is vastly greater than the cost of the referral traffic for lead generation. The company also has never fully built out the digital team so I’m wondering what other teams use as measures for paid media success? We don’t have a multi touch tool and rely only on last click. I need to prove multi touch points or prove value when we don’t “buy” leads.
