I'm crossed trained as a firefighter and certified through the State as an EMR. Our dept does not recognize medically trained officers and I'm trying to come up with how we can. Assuming other around the US utilize this somehow and I'm looking for ideas other than SWAT Teams and TEMS officers. Feel it's a waste right as a cross-trained officer with State certification for the last 8 yrs and not using it daily other than when I assist EMS. Does your dept have a special designation for you?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
