I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

If you don’t want to go that route, try a conversation with your manager. Can you shift to a Monday pm to Thursday pm schedule? Can you not take the first / last flight out to make those nights of sleep better? Sleep on the plane?
Can you bring lunch to the client? I’ve done many Whole Foods runs at client sites to get lunch and healthy snacks. Can you order food in? Keep a spreadsheet of the whole teams food preferences so that if they order something and you’re not around, they can get you your preferred food vs you having to eat at the cafeteria.
Do you have to go to all team events and dinners? Leave the client site at 5pm when meetings end and take a nap. Work the evening from the hotel.
Get a travel monitor for the hotel so you have a second screen there. Leave it there over the weekends along with a pregnancy pillow, slippers, healthy snacks, etc in a bag.
There’s a lot of levers you have to make travel more comfortable. I traveled every other week nearly my whole pregnancy and all of these things made it way more bearable for me!

And it doesn’t hurt to have your doctor put it in writing
The food aversions and fatigue typically go away in the early 2nd trimester. Work on getting accommodations, but be aware that by the time your HR makes anything official, you very well may no longer feel this way.
These are really helpful. Thank you! I do envision a conversation with my manager before going to HR. I don't know if it's just the fatigue driving this but I'm getting more uncomfortable by the day sitting all day and I'm so disoriented from sleeping in two cities. I don't even know where I'm waking up. Kudos to you for traveling through your pregnancy!!!
