I’m currently an analyst at Wells Fargo. I have a strong desire to pivot and pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate. I have been studying on CRE topics/skills in my own time. Any advice on how I can achieve this pivot?

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower. Jump ship or stick it out? I’m a 31 y/o SFA with a Fortune 100 and am learning absolutely nothing. I have 9 years FP&A experience. All we get is busywork and no real opportunity to grow or take a more challenging role since they’re dying for SFAs. Do I stick it out for an eventual Manager role so I can be more marketable to a future employer, or try to pivot out of Finance to a new type of role and company now? Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance? Currently 3 years in at fortune 100 bank on business development side (on commercial loan originations team but no commission/targets at the associate level, basically do credit analysis and build pitch books for the producers) This role has been great as I have gotten both analytical experience and tasted sales experience (I say taste bc I’m not the producer) but would potentially like to transition to a sales role that is less analytical

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work.
