I'm currently getting Rs35L and got onsite (US) for $160k, by PPP it's good now.

But when I get a promotion or switch companies I will get close to 45-50L. But my onsite salary won't change much.

Should I consider moving or stay here?

Pls give me suggestions assuming no other external factors gng to affect this. Like spouse working situations, family etc.

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing.
