I'm Diagnosed with OCD (Pure O) and I'm in this industry for a year now in Algo Trading field in a Big Bank. Ive been struggling with the ammount of information, lack of documentation and lack of clarity in tasks. I don't bother with the subject of the work itself, but this level of uncertainty in the environment drains all my energy. Did anyone suffered with that and managed to find a way to deal with it?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Would tech ib (m&a) be more affected than say Healthcare/pharma ib in an economic downturn?
