I’m far along/at the end of an interview process and saw the job was “reposted” on LinkedIn. Is this a strong sign I did not get the job?

Why is it that when ever I look at “entry level” jobs in IT they always want 2-4 years of experience. It’s entry level that means maybe some certifications if they didn’t major in the field or a degree in the field. Not 2-4 years already working in the field. Can someone please explain this to me?

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.
