Eh I don't know the full story. When there are layoffs and hirings things look weird from the outside that's for sure.

They did nothing but banners and emails about 4 years ago
Accounts work very differently. Some people really like some hate. Big shakeup in their production Dept lately. Home Depot account is a grind.
I’m here! I’m rather enjoying it. I’m working on all content so no banners or emails! Being at an independent shop is a relief after years in the publicis monster. There’s been a ton of turn over- but I’ve seen worse. I wonder if OP was the person who just interviewed.... 😏
There a mess have been for a while if you want to do good work seek other agency.
They tried to interview with me about a year ago, tried selling the position as this “really cool opportunity...” to produce rich media banner ads for a single client of theirs... I just can’t figure out what their deal is, and I heard something through the grapevine about a bunch of layoffs recently? Sigh... the “Industry.” 🙄
@SP1 I saw that! Was wondering what happened... do you know more details? Was it just a shakeup of the current personnel, wanting some new players or did something happen??
