I’m feeling a bit frustrated. I took three years off from the workforce to finish law school, and now, as a JD graduate awaiting my bar results, I’m encountering challenges reentering the workforce. Even positions in my previous field are declining me, citing a need for “recent experience.” I find myself in this difficult in-between period, waiting for my California bar results while eager to resume my career.
