Kyle Roof’s on-page course is really great.
Really focus on understanding how your clients make their money. As someone who, like you, has both paid and organic search experience I like to think about long-term and short-term ways to leverage search engine behavior to come up with plans for clients.
What is it that your client is trying to sell or do? How can paid search help them get their faster? How can SEO help them get sustainable performance over time that pays dividends long after their initial investment in your time and labor?
I recommend reading articles on Harvard Business review to sharpen your business etiquette and savvy. A lot of nothing publishes probably not going to necessarily resonate with someone in our field but you'll find some good management tips as well as insight into how business folk think about their business. And that will make anything that you do you recommend resonate more with them.
I hope this helps and wish you the best of luck!

I’d start freelancing more - better experience
I’d also first recommend envisioning where you want to be in 2-3 years to help choose a course in accordance with your vision, your true north. That way, each course you take will carry you in the right direction.
There are many different trajectories within paid search—analytics-focused, client-focused, automation, etc. each of those requires a different depth of experience in a different vein. I’d recommend learning how to write python scripts, SQL, and bid strategies—those are deeply foundational skills for both paid search and the analytics side of media
But there’s no objectively correct path; the one “for you” proves based on your perceptions and goals. Best of luck!
Thank you..
