I’m finding that managers and stakeholders are talking a lot about work I’ve done, but they aren’t including me in meetings about the topic. This is frustrating because sometimes the work needs to be defended, or there are nuances that the stakeholder or even my manager forgot about. How do you approach these people about making sure the expert is included?

I have 5 years of experience in my industry in Chicago. (Engineering Firms working with Electrical Utilities on Substations)
I started as a CAD Drafter and worked my way up to a P&C Designer.

Hi Fishies, i have experience working on Oracle Peoplesoft as well as Oracle Cloud.
Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?
Also, how hard is it to learn workday without proper formal training/certification ?

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).
