Oh man, that's bold! It sounds like you are not a fan at all of your old job, but I would not use a letterhead at all if you don't want to burn your bridges. I have a feeling that you're being sarcastic, tho ;)
Ya’ll’s exchange has actually been comedic!
Seriously though, don’t do it.
OMG this comment is gold. That is really so tough. I think I would do it on the current company's letterhead.
Be spicey, use the new firm🔥🔥🔥
It seems no one gets online humor! Love this for you :)
Yeaaaaa. I was thinking come on guys.....its funny.
I feel like this should have been posted in the black in law bowl lol some of these comments are such a buzzkill
Atty 3: amen sister or brother. I proactively disaggregate myself for these reasons - like I’m a black woman, not a POC.
It's a small world. You never know whose paths you might cross again in the future, or whose help you might need. it may feel good now to be petty, but burning that bridge could and probably will come back to bite you in the long run. Be the bigger person.
“Finna”? Plz fix.
A1 so embarrassing please stop
Definitely don’t use new firm’s letterhead. That’s personal correspondence and sending it on new firm’s letterhead conveys that you’re acting in your capacity as a part of the new firm.
This. Not to mention you can't represent your new firm while still employed by your old firm.
Stupid plan. How can anyone even ask this?
In all seriousness, I wouldn't use either. Be careful burning bridges.
Yikes. Neither. Send an email like everyone else.
OMG, don't use your new company letterhead. Just use your own letter.

use your personal letterhead, unless you like drama 😂
That's for sure going to cause some drama. You can opt to use your personal letterhead instead. But I can only imagine what would happen if you actually do that. lol
