Are there any great perks for MBA sponsorship? Stipends, cost of living, etc? Is there a difference for 1 year or 2 year programs?

What are the best US schools that are <2 years? I know of Kellogg and Columbia. And why don't more offer sub 2 year programs :((

I’m a product designer with about 5+ YOE I’m exploring courses/programs that one could take up as a mid career professional. How much to include in your resume?? So I’m 44 y/o and have been actively working with no “gaps” since I was 18. My resume is packed but I feel it may be too much and it feels dated. I want to freshen it up as I’m considering a change. Should I go back 10yrs and leave it at that? Should I simplify the resume? It’s a fine line between easier to read and watered down. Next week I’ll be having my yearly review. I’m hoping it comes with a raise. What percentage is a realistic amount? I realized I’m paid just under the average salary for an Account Manager (Landscaping) in Colorado, which is $70K annually. Any advice or suggestions?

I gave a salary range to a couple recruiters for digital consulting positions and am not sure if it was relatively close to market value or not. Would you think this (admittedly wide) range is high, low, or reasonable? Any advice is appreciated!

Some info:
- Both roles are for boutique digital consulting firms in Chicago
- Consultant 1 positions requiring 3-5 years experience
- My range: $100k-$120k base
- I have 4 yrs experience, 2 of which in a BA/Product owner role (non b4 accounting firm)
