I'm interested in applying to the Executive Technology Management Masters program at Columbia University, but afraid I don't have the credentials to gain acceptance. My gpa is 3.2 mainly because I had to work 2+ jobs while in college. I have strong professional experience and believe I can do well on the personal statement.

I'm also nervous to ask my supervisor for a recommendation in order to apply, as I don't want to feel embarrassed if I don't get in. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????

Seems kind of ridiculous for a business to want to waste so much time to find out after a handful of interviews that the pay isnt aligned with my needs ......

I can see in biglaw not bringing up knowing damn well if you get an offer itll likely be high, but this is a midsize

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be.
