Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Hi Fishes,
I had HR discussion with EXL Service for data science role. They are offering me:
Fixed - 18.5lpa(15 base ctc+ 3.5 practice premium)
Variable - 1.5lpa
JB-4L
I tried to convince them to increase in fixed and can reduce the jb part, but hr told leadership is not agreeing to increase the fixed part. Rather they increase jb from 3.5 to 4L. What should I do? Please suggest.
Overall exp - 4.5yrs, current offer from top product based is 18.05lpa fixed + 1.5variable with 1.5jb.

Of course I’ve been recruited by clients. I bet most of us have. Don’t worry about turning it down - think about what it means from their standpoint. It means they think highly enough of you that they want you around all the time. I’d love selling to someone who sees me that way.
The tougher situation by far is when a client wants to join my firm and asks me about it. In nearly all cases, we don’t want to hire them. That’s a whole lot more difficult to navigate than when they want to hire me.

Agree. I usually try to convince the client that my job is really horrible and don’t be fooled by my cheerful demeanor. I’m typically able to dissuade people from trying, though not always.
If the client is a big corporation, you should still be fine. Although the circumstances around your rejection may have a bearing on it.
