Why in big 4 they go till partner round, Even for a junior role also they go till director level for interview.? It seems like micro management. Usualy a Partner is in the highest level as I know and is he interviewing junior people everyday?

That's completely normal. In my current company even I was interviewed by the India operations director

As a member of the bar, it is unfortunate some of the fellow lawyers abuse their position by threatening non-lawyers who find a concept of litigation too intimidating. A family member was trying to rent out an apartment and received multiple offers. One of the prospective renters is now threatening to sue unless they get paid for a month worth of rent or they actually get the apt. No paper signed, but they tried to make it sound like they actually had a meritorious case using lawyer status.

Just got this blind/deaf hound a Fi collar since (1) they are $100 off right now for Cyber Monday, and (2) frankly, it seems kind of risky not to. Her recall with the vibration collar is amazing, but she mostly retraces her steps/smells out the last spot she thinks we were. So if we moved from the location, it presents challenges. Anyway, anyone want a referral code?
