I’m interviewing for a payer customer service consultant with Accenture. This will be my first major position and I really want this position. Any advice on interview tips, culture and what to accept or how to prepare for the interview?

Mac or HP or Dell: I prefer Mac notebooks. However it seems there might be limitations with the use of Skype or other applications based on materials I have seen. What do you all recommend is the best laptop for working at Deloitte?

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
